“I HAVE never ordered with Jenni Pops before. Where do I begin?”

The best thing for you to do is to take some time and browse our website. Once you have a general idea of the product that will fit your celebration, visit our “CONTACT” page. Feel free to fill out the form online or email us at jenni@jennipops.com.


ORDERING Guidelines:

We are a custom-order bakery, which means we only make what our clients order. Because each of our cake pops is made to order by hand, regular orders placed online require a minimum of 2 weeks’ processing time. For specialty orders such as weddings, large events, or corporate gifts, please contact us for timing and details.


MIX & MATCH:

One flavor per dozen.


PAYMENTS:

We do not accept checks. All orders must be placed online. For special orders, please contact us for more information. Your order is not considered "confirmed" until full payment is received.


BEST METHOD TO STORE CAKE POPS: 

It’s really what you prefer. Some prefer to eat them at room temperature; others prefer to keep them slightly chilled in the refrigerator. Because of the hard chocolate coating, the cake pops have a much longer shelf life than a regular cupcake and will last over a week. For the longest shelf life, placing cake pops in the refrigerator is best.


RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:

Refunds will be given on a case by case basis when necessary, but not guaranteed.

Jenni Pops requires 72 hour notice to cancel an order. Failure to cancel within this time frame ensures that the customer will only receive 50% of the refund. Jenni Pops retains 50% of the order price for transaction fees in processing orders and refunds, ingredients ordered and prep-work done for orders placed. Failure to receive a 72 hour notice for cancellation will result in no refund given. The 72 hour notice is from the TIME AND DAY of pick-up or delivery requested.

Product that is not picked up at the day and time customer selected, will not be refunded or be put on in-store credit. 

There will be a $10.00 fee to any changes made to orders within 24 hours. 

We are not responsible for any damages done to desserts that leave our bakery when we are not delivering them.


ALLERGY INFO:

Cake pops are made in a kitchen on shared equipment that may contain soy, nuts, wheat & dairy. Our Gluten Free cake pops are made carefully and not alongside our regular cake pops.
